Coach, Facilitator & Consultant, Mélanie leads Blooming Eloquence, a bespoke coaching and training solutions consultancy she founded. A global citizen she speaks several languages, leaving her beloved Montréal at the age of 16th to study and make a career abroad, she has lived in 7 countries since. Mélanie is experienced and takes pride working to the highest ethical and professional standards. She is driven by a passion to empower businesses and individuals through better and more sustainable practices, to make the world a better place through enhanced human interactions.
Mélanie is a certified coach (ICF) and holds the accolade of being the most international facilitator of Google’s #IamRemarkable workshop in 2019. Her strong background in educational leadership has seen her lead facilitation teams across Canada, Spain, Morocco, Turkey and the UAE over the past 12 years. Passionate in empowering people with knowledge, Mélanie’s work encourages positive behavioral changes.
Through her company Blooming Eloquence, Mélanie delivers coaching and professional development, in-person & virtually, with a key focus on the mindset shift required for true growth. With individual coaching for success, Mélanie accompanies her clients through a journey, offering an array of tools and practical strategies equipping them to confidently work toward achieving their goals. In addition, Mélanie provides tailored training solutions across three core topics; Diversity & Inclusion, Interculturality and Emotional Intelligence. The topics have been developed through Mélanie’s own extensive work, leading in different countries and cultures, and they are key capabilities needed right now. Each are customised to meet clients’ needs and objectives, whilst maximising budgets and timeframes.
Mélanie’s charismatic personality, bespoke delivery, engaging and dynamic facilitation and coaching style have ensured her success in the GCC market. Her company Blooming Eloquence takes great pride in the diversity of their client base in banking, insurance, entertainment and health sector, amongst which Alliance Française Dubai - Zen Yoga Dubai - Société Générale Corporate and investment Banking Middle East - Oman Insurance Company - Landmark Group - Entrepreneur Middle East - Ministry of Health and Prevention UAE. Additionally, Mélanie is part of the Marmalade Fish leadership team, whose aim is to bring humanity to business through the lens of culture & values.
